Mobile Chef Boardwalk is a dual food trailer that serves two separate menus. The Carnival Menu is inspired by midway themed food, while the Island Menu is inspired by different tropical, beachy countries' dishes. The joining of the two menus reminds us of the wonderful boardwalk experience, hence the name.
